Cancellation Policy
Please be aware that any changes or cancellations to your order must be made within 24 hours of placing it. After this period, we may not be able to accommodate your request as the order will have moved into the processing phase. If you cancel your order within the 24-hour window, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

We are confident in the benefits our products provide and encourage you to try them for at least 14 days. Should you still be unsatisfied and wish to return the items, you may do so within the 30-day period of our money-back guarantee. Please note that shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Damaged Items
We carefully package our products to avoid damage during shipping. An item is considered damaged if it has a defect or is physically broken. Damage to the packaging itself (e.g., dented boxes) without any damage to the product does not qualify as a damaged item.
If your item arrives damaged, please inform us within 72 hours of delivery. To report a damaged item, email us at contact@klaniko.com with a clear photo of the damage. We will assess if you are eligible for a replacement at no additional cost. We do not offer refunds, replacements, or accept returns for items damaged due to normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.
Shipping and Delivery
While we strive to ensure prompt delivery of your order, we cannot be held responsible for any delays beyond our control, including those caused by the courier, customs, or other issues that may arise during shipping. If you encounter any delivery problems, please contact the courier directly for assistance. We are not liable for any lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
Incorrect Shipping Address
It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided and we are not notified within 24 hours of placing your order, you will not be entitled to a resend or refund.
